Our goal is to automate as much of the rental management processes for you as possible. Adding a new rental property to ClearlyBooked is where it all starts.

If you don't already have a connection setup to the listing site:
If you haven't already, join ClearlyBooked. Click here to find out how.
After you log into your ClearlyBooked account, click the gear icon for Settings.
Click "Connections".
Click the orange add button on the top right half of the screen.
Select one of the listing sites where you list your property (i.e. VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, or TripAdvisor)
Enter your listing site credentials when prompted (we never save your credentials and in most cases you are entering them directly on the provider's site).
On the "Account Assignment" step, choose "Add a New Rental" from the drop-down for the appropriate account.
Click continue and complete the remaining steps of the setup process, if any.
Wait while we import your transactions or repeat the process for the other companies you do business with.
If you have multiple rental properties, repeat steps 3-9 for each property.

If you already have a connection setup to the listing site:
After you log into your ClearlyBooked account, click the gear icon for Settings.
Click "Connections"
Click the three dots next to a listing site that has your new rental property.
Click "Discover Accounts"
Enter your listing site credentials if prompted (we never save your credentials and in most cases you are entering them directly on the provider's site).
On the "Account Assignment" step, choose "Add a New Rental" from the drop-down for the appropriate account.
Click continue and complete the remaining steps of the setup process, if any.
Wait while we import your transactions or repeat the process for the other companies you do business with.
