Our chat feature consolidates all your interactions into one place. And when a cleaning request is tied to a booking, those communications are tied to the context of the booking. Making it easy to reference without having to search through emails, texts or your memory.

To send your cleaner a message:
Click the "Booking" link in the menu.
Search for the cleaning request or booking and click it.
Click on the Broom
Click the "Chat with..." link if the chat pane isn't open already.
Type your message in the input box.
Click the "Send" button.
Go to the "Inbox" at any time to find conversations

From your Inbox
Click on the "Inbox" link in the menu
Click on "Team"
Click on your cleaner's name
Send your message
