When your cleaner creates an account on ClearlyBooked, all conversations between the two of you are in your Clearlybooked Inbox. No more searching for text messages and emails.

To respond to your cleaner's messages:
Click on the Inbox tab
Click on "Team"
Click on your cleaner's name
Type your message
Click "Send"
Your cleaner will be notified that they have a message waiting for them.

To chat with your cleaner about a specific job:
Click on the "Bookings" tab
Click the booking
Click the broom icon
Click the "Chat with..." icon
Type your message
Click "Send"
Your cleaner will be notified that they have a message waiting for them.

To Dos
As part of any cleaning job, part of your cleaner's checklist is to let you know if there are any supplies that need to be replaced, if there's any damage to your property, and any other issues you need to know about.
As soon as your cleaner completes a job, you will be notified that you have a summary of any follow-up items in your ClearlyBooked inbox.
