ClearlyBooked gives you the flexibility to select whether or not certain types of income are taxable. Every city has it's own rules and exceptions as to what type of rental income is taxable, and while we can't account for everything, we give you the option to set up those rules so that you don't have to manually make changes at reporting time.

To set up new Taxability Rules:
Click on the gear icon to go to Settings

Click on "Taxability rules"

Select the sub-category that needs to be changed

Select which property the rule applies to

Select "Are Not Taxed" if the sub-category is non-taxable, or deselect "Are Not Taxed" if the sub-category is taxable.

Click on "Add Another Rule" if there are additional rules you need to add.
