Airbnb co-hosts can only participate in guest conversations that happen after the co-host was added to the listing. This means initially you will not be able to send existing guests messages from ClearlyBooked.

Luckily, this is easy to change. Just send the existing guest a new message via Airbnb. Once you do, you will be able to send the guest messages via ClearlyBooked. That includes having your ClearlyBooked Assistant automatically send communications for you.

To quickly send a message to multiple guests:

Go to Reservations in Airbnb
Click the three dots next to the reservation
Choose "Message"

Use any message you like. Here's a suggestion if you need one.
Hi - we are looking forward to your stay. Let us know if you have any questions.

This is only necessary for guests that existed before you added ClearlyBooked as a co-host.
