ClearlyBooked is a great scheduling tool for managing the schedules of your employees.

Once you have your account set up, you can start assigning jobs to other cleaners.

Click on the "Schedule" tab

Click on the job that you'd like to assign.

Click on the name that the job is Assigned To.

Either select a name from the drop down, or Add New Employee.

If you "Add New Employee", update the name and email address of the employee and click "Create"
We'll send them an email asking them to set up an account.

Click on the "X" in the upper right corner.
