How to Set Up Default Tasks
Click the gear icon for Settings
Click on "My Assistant"
Click the orange plus to add a new task.
Set the details of the new task.
Select the type of Task you are adding.
Tasks will apply to all properties you have.
Type the name of the task in the Tasks box.
Click "Save"
Repeat the previous two steps to add additional tasks.

How to Set Up Individual Booking Tasks
Find the desired booking by clicking the magnifying glass in the menu and searching by guest or date.
Clicking the "Schedule" link in the menu and searching for the booking.
Go to the "To Do's" section for this stay.
Type the name of the task in the "Tasks" box.
Click "Save"
Repeat the previous two steps to add additional tasks.
Note: Modifying a task in a specific booking will only impact that booking, even if the task was added via a default.
