You've been syncing your rental properties with ClearlyBooked, and all of a sudden, you're not seeing your updates anymore. Or you receive an email from ClearlyBooked letting you know that we can't connect with one of your accounts.

Luckily this is usually easy to fix.

Did you recently change your password on your Connected account?
Log into your ClearlyBooked account
Click on the gear icon at the top of the screen and choose "Connections"
You should see an error message next to the Connection. Follow the steps to reestablish the connection to your account.

Your Connected account requires a reverification
Sometimes a connected company will require that you reverify your account.
Log into your ClearlyBooked account
Click on the gear icon at the top of the screen and choose "Connections"
You should see an error message next to the Connection. Follow the steps to log into your account and your connection will be automatically updated.

You no longer want the Connection
If you no longer want ClearlyBooked to sync with one of your Connections:
Log into your ClearlyBooked account
Click on the gear icon at the top of the screen and choose "Connections".
Click on the three dots next to the company
Select "Disconnect"
