When you first register for ClearlyBooked, you can set up My Assistant. My Assistant keeps track of things so that you don't have to.

Cleanings
If you provide us with your cleaner's email address, we'll automatically send them an email each time you get a booking, asking them to clean your rental immediately after your guest checks out.

Directions
We'll email your guest with directions to your rental after they've paid for their reservation. The default timing is one day after they've paid, but you can change this by clicking on it. There are auto-text options that will fill in with the renter's personalized information.

Codes
We will text your guest access codes after they've paid for their reservation. The default timing is 2 days before check-in, but you can change this by clicking on it. There are auto-text options that will fill in with the renter's personalized information. If your guest didn't provide a cell phone number when they made their reservation, we'll send you a text message instead.

Messages
We can automatically email your guests messages related to their stay. Schedule welcome messages upon check-in, check-out instructions, or any other emails throughout their visit. You can even schedule an email to send a few months after they checkout reminding them to book again for next year.

Other
ClearlyBooked keeps track of other things for you too, like reminding you if a guest hasn't paid, and to refund damage deposits. You can delete these automatic reminders by clicking the "x" next to a reminder.

You can also set additional tasks by clicking "Add another task". Please note that any tasks you add here will apply to all of your rentals.

All of the tasks that My Assistant can handle are optional. If you don't want to use one of the features, simply skip it. For example, if you don't have your cleaner's email address, click on "2" for "Directions". You can always make changes to your settings later.
