Can I still use ClearlyBooked if my cleaner doesn't have email? Or if they won't register for an account?

Many of the benefits of using ClearlyBooked rely on your cleaner signing up with ClearlyBooked. Once they register for an account, we can communicate assigned jobs, email reminders, and make the invoicing and payment process quick and easy for both you and your cleaner.

But sometimes you might need to work with a cleaner who hasn't registered with ClearlyBooked, or you need to set up cleanings and don't have their email addresses.

When this happens, you can still keep track of cleanings, but you'll set them up as "Tasks". Learn more about Setting Up a Task. You won't be able to assign the job to your cleaner, but it will still show up in your Calendar and in the "Tasks" section.
