How Do I Know if I Have Been Paid for Work I've Done?
In the "Billing" section, there are three different kinds of jobs: Not Billed These are jobs that are completed, but an invoice hasn't been sent to the Host Unpaid These are jobs that have been completed, an invoice has been sent to the Host, but you haven't been paid yet. Paid These are jobs that have been completed, and you have been paid for your work.
Where Do I Find Unpaid Invoices?
To view your invoices: Click on the "Billing" section Click on "Unpaid"
Can I Schedule Cleanings?
We highly recommend you leave it to your customers to schedule cleanings. They can connect to the sources of their bookings and have the system automatically request cleanings for them. As a result, you will get notified as early as possible about a cleaning. You can add jobs to your schedule directly by clicking on the "+" in the Schedule section, however we don't recommend it.
What Does the Job Include
You know how to clean a rental unit, but sometimes there are additional tasks a Host wants to make sure are covered. To review the Tasks and update when they're completed: 1. Go to the "Schedule" section 2. Click on the job 3. Click on the "Tasks" icon 4. You can add additional Tasks here, but they'll only be saved for this specific job.
