Can I Pay My Cleaner Without a Credit Card?
I've always paid my cleaner in cash or by check. How can I do that with ClearlyBooked? If you paid your cleaner outside of ClearlyBooked: 1. Click on the "Task" tab 2. Scroll down to "Unpaid Bills" and click on it. 3. Go to the Transactions page, select the cleaner's account and click the payment or invoice. 4. Click on an "Invoice" 5. Click the "Mark Paid" button 6. Update the details of the payment method for your records.
How is Taxable Revenue Calculated?

How Do I Know if My Cleaner Has Accepted My Cleaning Request?
If you schedule a cleaning and want to make sure that the request has been accepted 1. Click on the "Booking Tab", 2. Click on the reservation. 3. Click on the broom icon to see if the cleaning request has been accepted. If your request hasn't been accepted, you can either: 1. Resend the cleaning request 2. Send a Chat to your Cleaner. 3. Cancel the request and send it to a different cleaner.
What if My Cleaner Doesn't Register with ClearlyBooked?
Can I still use ClearlyBooked if my cleaner doesn't have email? Or if they won't register for an account? Many of the benefits of using ClearlyBooked rely on your cleaner signing up with ClearlyBooked. Once they register for an account, we can communicate assigned jobs, email reminders, and make the invoicing and payment process quick and easy for both you and your cleaner. How Do I Know If My Cleaner Has Been Paid for Completed Work?
You can check to see if you have paid your cleaner in multiple ways: 1. By Invoice. Click on The Money Tab, scroll down to the "Balances" section and click on "Vendors." This will show you a list of your cleaners' invoices. 2. By Booking. Click on the booking in the "Bookings" tab, and click on the broom. You'll see if you've paid your invoice, and if not, will give you an opportunity to pay.
What Happens When a Guest Cancels Their Booking in Airbnb or HomeAway?
If a guest cancels a booking on one of your listing sites, we'll take care of the rest. You'll get an email in your ClearlyBooked Inbox notifying you of the cancellation.
